About the Staff
The staff at Chiro Plus has been meticulously chosen and trained by Dr.Thomas Johnson. Dr. Johnson believes that the team approach is very important. The best person possible is hired and trained. The goal of each staff person is to service individual patient’s needs as well as possible. Continuing education is required and encouraged.

CHIROPRACTIC DOCTOR
Chiropractic doctors are licensed and hold advanced degrees in the area of physical health care. A minimum of six years of college study is required to become a doctor of chiropractic. Additional training is required for certification in specialized fields such as sports injuries, nutrition, orthopedics, neurology and pediatrics. The doctor is tested by the national board and individual state licensing requirements. The doctor’s title or credential is D. C. behind their name. MASSAGE THERAPIST
Massage therapists are required to pass a licensure exam before they can practice, after graduating from an accredited massage therapist educational program. Massage therapists in our clinics have an emphasis on long term elimination of joint and muscular pain. “Massage is always a great place to start your Chiro Plus experience.”
CHIROPRACTIC ASSISTANT
Chiropractic Assistants or C.A.s come from a variety of backgrounds. There are clerical and clinical C.A.s. They are trained by the doctor and have x-ray certification as necessary. These folks are the backbone of the clinic, and will go out of their way to answer questions, review paperwork and provide a gentle therapeutic experience while at the clinic. “I love these ladies,. INSURANCE SPECIALISTS
Chiropractic assistants can specialize in insurance. Our goal is to bill accurately and efficiently to minimize the patient’s cost. They have over 20 years of experience in the field of insurance and will gladly help you fill out or answer any questions that you may have. “ It is vitally important that they keep up with the changing rules, and new applications of how insurance can best be applied.
